DIMENSION 2.9 OUT (EcoLine)

The DIMENSION PRO 2.9 represents a breakthrough in high-resolution outdoor LED technology, expertly bridging the gap between fine pixel pitch and high-intensity brightness. Specifically engineered for demanding environments where visual clarity cannot be sacrificed for sunlight legibility, this 2.9mm pitch display delivers crisp, high-definition imagery even at closer viewing distances. Its robust 4000 nits output ensures that content remains vivid and impactful under direct sunlight, outperforming standard high-res displays.

Constructed with a lightweight yet rigid die-cast aluminum chassis, the DIMENSION PRO 2.9 is designed for surgical precision during installation. The modular 250x250mm tiles allow for seamless integration into various screen sizes, providing a flat, uniform surface area. Whether used for permanent architecture or high-end touring, this display offers the perfect balance of portability, durability, and premium optical performance for international outdoor applications.

State-of-the-Art Optical Performance and Reliability

Advanced SMD1415 Technology

The DIMENSION PRO 2.9 utilizes premium SMD1415 (Surface Mounted Device) LEDs, curated to provide an exceptional contrast ratio and ultra-wide viewing angles. Unlike traditional outdoor LEDs, these smaller-form-factor SMDs allow for a tight 2.9mm pitch, ensuring that the "screen door effect" is eliminated even when viewers are just a few meters away.

High Refresh Rate for Professional Broadcasting

Equipped with a 3840Hz refresh rate, this display is fully optimized for camera-facing environments. This high frequency prevents flickering and scan lines when recorded by professional cameras, making it the ideal choice for outdoor TV studios or live-streamed sporting events. The PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) driver ICs ensure smooth grayscale transitions and consistent color depth even at low brightness levels.

Thermal Management and Build Quality

Pixelight prioritizes longevity. The die-cast aluminum frame acts as a heat sink, facilitating efficient thermal dissipation without the need for noisy fans. This passive cooling system protects the internal components and extends the lifespan of the LEDs, maintaining color uniformity across the entire video wall over years of operation.

Versatile Outdoor Installation Scenarios

The DIMENSION PRO 2.9 is a versatile powerhouse designed for high-end visual communication in various sectors:

• Premium Retail & Flagship Stores: Enhance storefronts with high-resolution digital posters that remain visible under intense midday sun.
• Outdoor Corporate Events & Luxury Brand Activations: Deliver "indoor quality" resolution in an outdoor setting for product launches and VIP screenings.
• Live Sports & Stadium Fan Zones: Provide spectators with crystal-clear replays and real-time statistics that are easy to read from any angle.
• DOOH (Digital Out-of-Home) Advertising: Upgrade traditional billboards to high-density video screens that attract premium advertisers looking for high-fidelity brand representation.
• Urban Wayfinding: Integrate sleek, high-res panels into city infrastructure for interactive maps and emergency broadcasting.

Technical Implementation and Maintenance

To maximize the performance of your DIMENSION PRO 2.9, our technical team recommends the following best practices:

• Optimal Viewing Distance: With a 2.9mm pitch, the minimum viewing distance for "retina" clarity is approximately 3 meters. This makes it perfect for street-level digital signage.
• Power Management: Ensure a stable power supply with proper grounding. We recommend using a regulated power sequencer to protect the SMD1415 components from voltage spikes during startup.
• Controller Calibration: Use professional processors (such as NovaStar or Brompton) to calibrate the color space. Regularly update your RCFGX configuration files to maintain peak brightness and color accuracy.
• Protective Maintenance: Although rated for outdoor use, periodic cleaning of the module face with compressed air will prevent dust accumulation and maintain the original contrast ratio.
